Selvage & Associates LLC is a privately owned,
Ohio-based company that has been in operation since 1975. Our company specializes in appraising and/or liquidating
commercial and industrial property, including, but not limited to,
inventories, equipment, machinery and fixtures, as well as real estate.
Our services are primarily utilized by financial institutions, government agencies,
corporations, leasing companies, trustees, and attorneys.
Butch Selvage, Member and President of Selvage & Associates LLC, and
Principal Appraiser is A.M.E.A. Certified and specializes in appraising
commercial and industrial equipment.
Our goal is simple: To provide a complete service
to our clients, professional, but personal, to fulfill any and all
obligations with the highest degree of accuracy, and to maintain our
credibility in our chosen profession.
We are licensed by the State of Ohio with
reciprocity in the majority of states in the Central United States, licensed
by the Ohio Department of Commerce and participants in The Auction Recovery
Fund.
